Airtel — enormous fake bill | |||
My monthly mobile bill is rs 236. Suddenly i have been given a bill of rs 955. This came about when when my data was cut off after 10 days and i needed it to contact my you broadband service. I was never given the data that lasted for a month. A lady in airtel said i have to pay rs 300 so that my data can restart and since i had an emergency i said okay. And then a bill of rs 955 was thrust upon me. One kaushal of airtel relationship team assured me that i need not pay this bill and on dec 8, 2017 i would be getting a bill of rs 236 which is my usual bill and i only need to pay that. I have a audio recording of this conversation. Yet i was harassed contiguously withsmses in thousands forcing me to pay the bill. This is unfair trade practice. I have sent a mail surrendering my airtel connection immediately. Please do that immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
