Hi Team,
This is to request escalation on my Internet running very slow for last 2 months .After logging several service request i still get Unavailable seconds, BER errors and noise on my line.Every time i ask/open a service request someone pops in with no knowledge of were the DP is terminated or how many spare pairs of 2-wire is available.
I am sure there is a patching issue and no one is bothered enough to resolve the issue .
Request you to kindly take this up on priority or terminate my connection so that i can move to some other service provider .
I think after associated with you guys for 6years this kind of service is totally unacceptable ..
After taking service for 16MB i end up getting 1 MB.
