Dear Team,
3 months before I got message as my data uses as exceeded and due to that they have disconnected my service to resume service I have to pay at lease 400 RS. I spoke with customer care they told me as there is problem with their server and app which uses data is not reflected on app, aslo they told me if there is any discrepancy they will refund my amt after bill generation. After bill generation I have continuously taking follw up for my refunded amount which is not yet done. almost 4 month is done, and every month they discontinue my service stating that your data uses has exceeded however I have 64 GB data on place and same I already inform them on mail but no luck. Their behavior is not well and service is worst.
