Airtel has been looting customers
recently i went overseas and airtel charged me roaming on two numbers on their own, stating that out of courtesy they will activate service. this was never availed or asked for. then they sent bill. after calling customer service many times, they sent revised amount (not revised bill) which was paid i.e reduced amount.
now current month again, they have added roaming charges and old bill roaming charges still continues as outstanding payment. such pathetic and unorganised company officials who want to make free money at the cost of customers. i hope they improve their service and charge genuine amounts and not overcharge customers month after month.
