Airtel — excess billing every month

I have taken as airtel hotspot connection 1year ago, i have taken connection for rs.600.00 initially, always my usage of internet is very limited. Still i was paying as per post paid bill amount..

Last 4-5 months i am getting bill of rs. 850.00 though i use very limited and no intimation i got for change in plans.

I want to know reason company is charging me so much.

My hot spot no.[protected].

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shreekar Why Airtel is still not responding shen you have notified them..I don't this services any more.. I want reason why it was excess billed.

Updated by Shreekar Inspite of I have taken up with consumer forum for Excess billing and discontinue of services I have received bill for RS.1880.00 for Airtel... I don't know what is is the use of filing consumer complaint if nothing done so far..
