Airtel — excess billing on international roaming

My number +91-[protected]

I was on international roaming pack of 3999.
Intially i was told it will auto renew every month so i had selected this pack.
But it did auto renew by charging per day of 649+ tax for 12 days around and already bill is generated...
When they can auto renew pack they had to auto renew previous pack how can they renew any pack of there choice.. This is unfair and we shall pay this charges...
Or they should have straight away stopped the sim... They can't take decision on our behalf by there choice and ask us to pay. Its total unfair policy.
I seek for total waiver of this charges
I shall pay only as per 3999 plan for 30 days.
