[Resolved] Airtel — excess charge on internet | |||
I am cug customer and when sms received that 2g b free for using enternet on apr 2017. I agreed too but valued for three months each month only 2gb. With in a month 2gb completed they cut the enternet they cut also but billing they shown the charges for three months my no is[protected]resolve it are advice where to complain my cug address is guntur division scrly Was this information helpful? | |||

My airtel 3G service stable for few minutes..and browsing and download speed not getting satisfied.

I have already complained for bad network. For the same I have opted for MNP on 26.10.17. But is is not yet resolved. Requesting to allow me for MNP.
