Airtel — Excessive deduction for data usage

I have lodge a complaint bearing No PR[protected] regarding excessive deduction for data usage Stating " On date 19.05.2015 my mobile had the talk time balance of Rs 121.-- . In the evening, it was showing the balance as Rs 31.-- .Data usage as per mobile is 5.23 mb on 19.05.2015.As per your rate of 4p/10 kb the charges should be Rs 21.50 but deduction is Rs 90.--.Please check and do the justified." But I am very sorry to say that the complaint was closed without making any communication with me. It seems that the company is making profit with such fraudulent/unethical practices.To deduct Rs 90/- approx 22.5 MB data usage is required .My data usage is only 5.33 Mb on 19.05.2015. It is true there may be some difference between measurement of their server and my mobile but it can not be 5 times by any means.It is requested to them once again to check the matter and make a justified reply with corrective action in this regard.It is also very essential to mention here that on my another no. [protected] the data charges in some paise are being deducted regularly even after deactivating the GPRS through their call center.
