Airtel — Extra money and Bill not provide

I was customer of airtel since 2005 now this monthof march 2024 airtel has disconnected my number when I reach airtel store they asked me of documents and they said you will bee charge of 600
300 for recharge and 300 for recurring charges and they directly deny to give me 300 recurring charges bill they directly told we don't provide bill
If airtel office can't provide bill of amount they recived then airtel is collecting black money
In the name of recurring charges then have taken 300rs from me but why they have taken from me charge and also not given me 300rs bill
I have paid them money buy online via phonepe I can provide my screenshot
