I recently shifted from Airtel postpaid to prepaid. Since then I am unable to activate my FaceTime and IMessage services.
I have contacted Apple Support, they have told me everything is fine from their end, and it is an issue from the career's end.
Airtel support has told me to recharge over and over again, my balance keeps deducting with each time the phone sends an SMS, but the services are not getting activated. Each time the notification says that "Your network provider may charge for SMS messages used to activate FaceTime" - each time I touch on OK my balance deducts but the very next moment it says "An error occurred during activation. Try again." and it has been going on for 6 days now.
