Airtel — failed online recharge 2 times

I have bought an airtel sim recently about 3 month back. The vendor provided 3 months of free internet and calling. After the 3 months are over, the balance and data pack went to 0 and so i recharged with a top-up of 199/- twice, one via airtel website and two via paytm website. But on both the ocassions, balance had been detected and recharge not done. So, i have payed a total of 398/- an still has 0 balance on my phone and no refund. My number is [protected].
