[Resolved] Airtel — Failed to resolve issue since dec-2015 to till date; case id 62271672, 63287560 | |||||
I see airtel is least concern to resolve the customer issue as it is more than 6 months but failed to keep commitment of delivering services as per airtel plan. Now airtel team is keep closing request as solved and i am facing issue. Do not take any services from airtel as this is unreliable and not customer oriented company. Better to go for other vendor who is able to deliver services. I am paying huge amount as a rent for unused services and airtel is failed to deliver services. Please call me to resolve the case. I got a call from Mohammed Irfaan from Appellate team who were incapable to handle the discussion and unable to answer my any of the questions.
He was hiding everything from me to share any details and failed to provide any proof of my approval to close so many SR's since Jan 10. I have not given any approval to close the network related SR.
If Airtel is failed to provide the services to customer then why customer should pay the RENT for unused period.
Please ask someone who is having authority to speak with the customer with confidence and answer the query.
If customer is paying money then it is Airtel responsibility to provide the uninterrupted services as per plan.

Most of the time issue is getting forwarded to other team. But no one take responsibility to solve it.
