Airtel — fake commitments and cheating by airtel broadband and customer care | |||||
I took airtel broadband connection on 24-oct-2017 and raised a service request on 30-sep-2017 regarding my frequent disconnection of network. But still airtel network team unable to resolve. After raising disconnection request i got a call from cancellation department and they gave commitment that we will resolve this issue shortly but still there is no progress. I have some question please clarify 1) what is eta of resolving a ticket (Why my issue is not fixed last 17 days) 2) as per your service specialist this issue is from airtel due to low copper wire. If you do not have proper infrastructure then why you are giving new connection? 3) some of your service specialist are saying you can call to 121 and ask for connect my name if issue will persist (Eg harish told me). While requesting service specialist to specific person they are asking we cann't connect specific person and disclosed our location. I do agree with business policy. Yesterday i called to your executive and he is saying i am from delhi it's not my scope and i will escalated to bangalore team. (If disclosing of address is not in your policy why this guy disclosed (I assumed this policy is for cheating customer) 4) why you do not have professional service specialist?
