[Resolved]  Airtel — Fake corporate postpaid plans in capgemini office

I am from capgemini sohna road gurgaon office where airtel sales guy has advertized (Attached) airtel postpaid plans for capgemini employees on capgemini notice board.
1.5 months before i discussed sales guy on available unlimited internet plans and took airtel no with “my plan 299”. As mentioned in advertisement as well as i informed that this plan provide 1 gb 3g/4g internet data and after 1 gb it becomes unlimited 2g (All is free).

In 1st month of bill i was charged rs. 575.00 for internet usage. When i raised the concern with airtel customer care executive they said that this plan doesn’t provide unlimited internet, but as it was committed by airtel sales guy so they will wave off internet charges of rs. 575. To avoid this in next billing cycle i requested them stop that plan and enable such plan which provide real unlimited internet, so they activated “my plan corp ec02 299 cug 05- nat” on my no, and assured me that i’ll not be charged for extra internet usage further.

Again in 2nd month bill, i am charged with rs. 1200 plus for internet usage. This time airtel customer care executive said that these charges are for internet usage for the initial period of month when old plan (“my plan 299”) was active.

I can’t continue with this headache anymore, so raised no deactivation request. I’ll not make any payment until fake internet usage charges are wave off, i’ll not be responsible for any extra/late fee charges.
Can you let me know why airtel sales guy is providing fake plans in capgemini office? Why this type plans are being sold with fake information?

I need your immediate response/action on this, i am going to escalate it with capgemini hr/admin.

We are not able to run broadband and it out o[censored]se. Please repair it asap.

I have sufficient balance in my prepaid and today my data pack is getting expired.So when i try to make calls, airtel data expiry alert voice prolongs for 25 secs and it doesnt makes a sense to have that for every call i make and even after the alert voice the call gets disconnected
