Airtel — Fake promises from Airtel and their Franchise to sell their POST PAID connection.

This is Rahul Sarkar, mobile no. [protected], I have 299 Plan. Few months back I'eve ported out from Voda Phone Post paid to Airtel Post paid service. I've received the quotation from S.s.e Prime Telecom Llp, they offered me 500 Local minutes + 300 Local minutes extra as I'eve switched from "Vodaphone" Post paid to "Air Tel" post paid. But when my connection is started I've got only 500 local minutes in pack. It was a FAKE PROMISE from S.S.E Prime Telecom Lip. Sr. person of Prime Telecom named Bikash Sen. and one of his executive Named Swapan Promised me they will solve the issue. (Again Fake Promise) THERE ARE ALMOST 9 MAILS I've sent to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com (which Level 3: Appellate Authority) of Air Tel, who also confirmed the issue from me over Phone. But not yet they took a single initiative from their side except some reply that "they are working on it". Its already more than 2months. Now I have only option is to port it out.
