[Resolved]  Airtel — Fake promises regarding bills

Sir,

I got a call on friday with this number :[protected], from airtel billing and collecting department.

By miss. Manisha, her interaction id is : [protected].

She committed that, if you pay rs 500/- than, airtel (She) will way off the remaining amount.

I paid the same amount, on her trust.
But airtel (She) cheated me.

So i request to airtel to audit her conversation with me regarding this no : [protected], and if the statement is true which i am telling you, than way off my all remaining amount and give relief to me as soon as possible.

And let me know what actions airtel took.

It's a poor service from Airtel.Engineer does not attend the problem on time.Sometime it had been delayed more than 1days without attending the problem.Customer care personnel does not know the etiquette.
