Hi, It is to mention that i got a flash message after calls stating my internet balance, main balance is low and adding it to stated an information about
"limited period offer to recharge for rs 549 to get Unlimited calls & 28GB data. I too did a recharge. But i have got only 3GB and the previous balance also did not carry forward. I tried to reach your customer service over the phone. i end with a long ivr option, which never takes me to a rep to voice out. I have screen shot too of the offer displayed. I would like to hear from you on this devastating cheat. I preferred airtel & am with your network for more than 6 years now. Even though i had been facing similar issue and have been avoiding but this is the first time i had to look for complaint forum.
