Airtel — false bill generated | |||
Mobile no. : 90*62 Broadband no: [protected] For 5th sept to 4th october. The bill i have already paid and i contacted customer support to disable my connection. I have disabled the connection already from 5th of october. The staff told me we will disable your connection and soon within another 5 hours you will get a call from my manager. But still till date i didn't receive any call from any so called manger of yours. Today i received a auto-generated call saying i have a bill pending for the period october 5th to november 4th. Are they kidding me?. I am not going to pay a single penny for the net that i didn't use. Airtel as always is there to loot customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
