[Resolved] Airtel — False connection retention | |||||
I was using Airtel broadband services, but due to pathetic connectivity I asked for cancellation of services. Request for cancellation was sent on Jul 25 and got confirmation for connection termination on Aug 3, 2016. I got a bill on Aug 12 and already cleared the bill. Now I Again got a bill on Sept 12, 2016 and when I cross checked, I learned my connection is retained as per my permission. When I asked do you have any proof (mail or call record), they asked me to visit store and pay bill. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Airtel offered my no.( [protected] ) 2GB 3G data for Rs.265/- for 28 days on 26/09/16.I have recharged Rs.265/- & get 1GB data instantly then get additional 512MB data instead of 1 GB. I think I have been cheated by Airtel. I want to get additional 512GB data.

I have received a bill of Rs. 6000 plus for my land line no [protected] in the name of Ramalinga Reddy K V
Past 4 months my phone is dead please change the plan to a basic plan by waving of existing charges
