Airtel — faulty billing and mental torture | |||
Since last 3 years I have been using airtel broadband. But since the day of installation they have been charging extra amount (for dsl usage charges) that i have never used. Despite to repeated request ( around 50 times in last three years it has not been deactivated. I have also requested for disconnection of broadband but they do not disconnect it. they call at my number of times while I m at my workplace (operation theatre). Last time an executive called me and told waiver will b provided if I make the rest of the payment, but the waiver was rejected.
