Recent i had to shift my home in same pincode 500mtr distance, logged complaint on 9th june 2019 till day it is not solved and even update to toll free twice and multiple commitment has been failed.
And after 14 the june 2019 again i raise relocation request but due to incapability of bandwith they have de-graded 40 mbs connection 24 mbs and for update the same they took near 10 days. Post which i called to airtel ts they are not aware of the welcome code and happy code because of which i asked the agent to transfer to floor lead even he was not aware of the same. And told not to share the field team because of which they have fixed the connection and got disconnected the next day. I had a good service from airtel before this incandescent but fell pathetic service and from 20 day i am without internet.
Who will composite on the loss which is incurred due to delayed service i want airtel to refund the same. Was this information helpful? |
