[Resolved] Airtel — Fixing of Connection to the landline phone - My Account No.12992869 | |
Dear sir,
I have been your customer for the last ten year. My computer modem is in one room and the telephone connection is in another hall. At the time of installation the wire connection was covered with plastic patti by your company.
Now recently, I contacted your office and informed them to remove all the line since I am going to repair my house.
For that your engineer has told me, over PHONE ITSELF WITHOUT COMING IN PERSON TO MY HOUSE, to remove all the connections by myself and assured to give connection when the repair is work is over. When the repair work is over in the last week, I requested them to come and give connections. Now they say that the connection line will not be covered by plastic, as the company policy is changed. When I protested this and insisted for the line to be covered, your administration people has agreed to reduce the bill amout by about Rs.500-00 and sent message accordingly. Now I again I requested them to visit my house and give connections and I agreed to provide the plastic cover. Your engineer today called on me at my house to give connection and I requested him to fix the cover(which I will purchase and provide) and give connections. He informed me that it is not his work and requested me to engage an electrician and complete this work so that he will again call on me and give connections for which i agreed. Now your technical staff called on me over phone that he will close the complaint now and I have to give a fresh complaint. I am very much annoyed and disgusted. What a poor service from such a famous AIRTEL.? I am completely dis-satisfied. As I have 10 to 15 connection within my relations,
I have to spread this kind of treatment by your office. Since my complaint has not been satisfied for the last ten days, I withhold my bill payment for the last month, which I had to pay by 16th of this month.
I want my grievance is to be settled wtihin this week and then only I will make payment of the bill without any penalty.
