[Resolved]  Airtel — Flat charges rs 250 on data services even after cancellation

Dear Sir,

I have am using Airtel mobile Post paid service for more than 2 years. Although there were some bill disputes whenever I do some change in my plan or feature, but this is a new bill dispute of its kind to me.

I have activated Airtel 3G Data Service on mobile Post paid connection on February month and I have requested for cancellation of the Data Service on 07-MAR-2016. My new bill cycle starts on 05-MAR-2016 which means I am late to inform deactivation by 2 days. Although I have not used the data service from 01-MAR-2016 as I was in international roaming. I have got an email from Airtel stating that I have to pay flat Rs 250/- in next month bill eventhough I have deactivated within 2-3 days. Airtel is not ready to discount even a rupee, rather Airtel says they will take Rs 250/- for nothing.

I am already struggling with Airtel for my last month bill which has double time exceeded the credit limit around Rs 8000/-. While I was dealing with the issue, Airtel is behaving disrespectful manner and pin pointing to pay on last month bill eventhough due date is on 25-Mar-2016 which is two more weeks away.
