Absolutely. Surprised to see that many of them have got frustrated with this phenomenon. I did blast airtel customer care few minutes back but their stand remains rock solid - that we have activate the same! Airtel... We are not stupid to activate follo celebrities by paying 90/- per month when we get to see gbs of celebrities for free on the internet. Accept your fault and get going. Enough wasting our time.

I too faced the same issue yesterday. The service got activated without my knowledge and 90rs was detected. Then I called the customer service but they kept telling I activated the service.. Then after few minutes of negotiation he agreed to refund for this time alone like I did something wrong..
This is should be a bug on their side. They should first here what the customer says and try to find what happened rather than simply putting the blame on customer.
I hope this is not a scam and not many people lost their money...
