[Resolved] Airtel — for balance deducted | |
Dear Sir,
My self Nikhil Kumar Agarwal my airtel mobile no.[protected].Address. Near Sri Ram Jay Ram Mandir, Balughat, Muzaffarpur-842001
I have made a recharge on 14th may 2015 Rs.300 in which i get Rs.315/- talk time on20th may i found that i have balance approx 280 or 290 (+) but on 21st may i found that my account balance becomes zero.kindly provide me full detail.or refund my balance.
another problem is jb mere baat hui ni customer care say 21st may eveng 6pm to 10.23 pm than my balance deducted all time why.kindly take an action for the above request as soon as possible .
