Airtel — For error message code 538

dear sir, my airtel prepaid number is [protected]. i am your old custmer i live in saudi arab for 1 year at last since 4 month, i have a problem, i have not receive any msg from india and when i dial *121# then show the error-massage code 538. plz give me solution. Even i am also facing the same issue in Sydney, Australia.My Prepaid no is [protected]. i don't receive any msgs from india and when i dial *121# then show the error-message code 538.Can you please resolve the issue.

I have swapped my old airtel sim card to 4g sim yesterday but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence i couldn't able to check balance as well as the messages.
