I have made advance payment for installing broadband connection, although despite calling the representative multiple times airtel is not giving any response. That person who was handling my request is not even bothered about picking up the call. Not sure what kind of service airtel is providing.
Before making the payment the guy was very active and told us as soon as we make the payment next day only installation will be done. But as soon as i made it he is not even bothered. I called customer care also but no resolution yet.
With the on-going situation it is very difficult to manage without broadband. And if they can't meet their timelines then why are they giving false hopes. It is very frustrating and unprofessional. Was this information helpful? |
