Airtel — fraud case with airtel wallet

Hlw sir i have rs. 7796.77 in my airtel wallet on 2nd apr 2019. Thereafter on 7:30 pm something fishy mess come on my mobile which os showing transction with my airtel wallet debit n my full money is debited. I had talk with customers care but they can't reply to me satisfactory so i mess u n i hope ur team will be able to find mistake
