Airtel — fraud in recharge amount

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with Rs. 148 through my main balance which is shown in flash message of page *123#. My balance got deducted by Rs. 148
But services what I paid for:-Unlimited Local, STD, aur Roaming k saath hi 28GB (1GB/day) aur 100 SMS/din, 28 din k liye

What I got:- Just 300 MB data.

I talk to customer care thrice but they just rudely said that nothing could happen in this case
