I requested for a new broadband connection through Airtel Website at my home address in Shakarpur, Delhi, on 11/04/2017. a guy from Airtel (Mohan/ Sanjay/ Balram Thapa, cont. [protected], [protected], [protected]) came to my office and did the whatever form formalities needed and took inr 3, 000/- as advance. he assured me that the connection will be installed on 15/04/2017.
I tried to call him on 15/04/2017, initially he didn’t answer my calls and later on when he did he told me that he is just checking my status and will get back to me. but he didn’t even bother to call me back. i’m trying to call him since 15/04/2017. I have made almost hundred calls to him. but he simply never answers my call and when i call him different numbers, he accept the call but immediately ends the call the as he hear my voice. i have sent email to customer care and they told be that they will revert as earliest but no response received from Airtel as well
So, it is my humble request that please help me out to get refund from company and take suitable action against the company and that fraud Mohan/ Sanjay/ Balram Thapa, his contact numbers are as follows: ([protected], [protected], [protected]). Was this information helpful? |
