I got an call from an airtel executive with (Number-*[protected]) on 25th may at around 11:45 am. They had called regarding an issue with my login to airtel money for which i had already raised couple of mails (Pfa the reference for the same).
That person on the call told that he had sent an otp to my number, and to share it with him so that he can reset mpin. After that otp was shared, he told that mpin has been reset successfully and he shared that with me. After the call disconnected, i got this message in my airtel app.
An amount of 988 got debited from my account fraudulently. The otp i received was from ad-airapp.
This transaction was not made by me.
Your customer care executive has transferred money from my account without my knowledge.
If this is a fraud how come a third party come to know about my complaint to airtel, so is airtel not concerned abouts customers data privacy Was this information helpful? |
