Hi,
As per the instructions i received on call from Airtel Broadband customer executive,
I have submitted required proofs; Self attested Identity card copy and passport size photograph along with the Installation charge of Rs.1100 (refundable 500rs) to your agent on 13th June 2016, Monday. The agent who collected ID's informed the new connection will be done by 15th June(48hrs) from the day of submission of address proofs.

I haven't received response from the service number nor the agent after 2 days which was their processing time as I was told.
I have tried calling many times to the customer support number which they contacted me. No response is received!
The agent who collected the proofs from me is not even answering the call, and hungs up!

Frustrated with the customer service as of now even before
establishing the connection.
Request you to investigate and take actions asap;

Demanded my selfattested documents and amount of Rs.1100 paid refunded as early as possible. Incase of fail looking forward to go ahead with Legal actions.
Note: I here by would like to escalate this issue to the top level along with a filed FIR since I am not at all finding any interest from your team in contacting the customer after collecting the money.
