This is with regarding to my complaint frequent disconnection on 10/11/2015 at about 3.00 pm for every 2 minutes for the past 4 days. Internet connection getting frequently disconnected for every 2 minutes is really a headache thing. I complaint stating this and they told me that it will be rectified on 10/11/2015 by 7 pm till now it has not been rectified.
To know the status of the request i did i called again on 11.11.2015 now they are saying that it will be rectified stating the reason that technician is not available. Is Airtel having only one or two technicians or they want to ignore the complaints and just collect the monthly rental of Internet connections.
Do I have to wait without internet connections for three days to get my problem rectified. and lose my work. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THEY PROVIDE.
FOR THREE DAYS I DONT HAVE NET CONNECITON PROPERLY AND AM AT LOSS BECAUSE MY MAIN WORK DEPENDS ON INTERNET. WILL AIRTEL REDUCE MY MONTHLY BILL OF THEIR FAULT. FOR WHICH I DID NOT USE MY NET CONNECTION.
WORST IN THEIR SERVICE AND WORST IN THEIR PART OF GIVING PROMISING.
IF YOU CANNOT ABLE TO PROVIDE NET CONNECTIONS JUST CALL ME AND SAY AND GIVE ME MAIL THAT YOU " CANNOT PROVIDE INTERNET CONNECTION. "
