[Resolved] Airtel — Frequent disconnection of broadband and landline connection

Airtel internet broadband and landline disconnected from 26/04/2016 till date 02/05/2016 and yet not resolved, and its been 7 days and no response or call back or any followup nor any executive visiting my place so careless and unprofessional answers when contacted, by customer care executives and managers. Want my money waved off for the non usage from 26/04/2014 till the day it it fixed.

Some crap service like Hot Models got activated in my number without my knowledge or permission. Complained to the Airtel customer care but they in turn accused me that I must have activated the service myself and they refused to refund my money. I asked again and again but they gave some faulty excuse.
