Airtel Account : Broadband [protected]_dsl
Presently WFH, so had opted for Airtel Fiber, all worked well last couple of months, but off recently without any intimation / update, there is no service, for long periods of time 4-5 hours minimum .i have to reachout to the customer service just to a automated message and guide to understand the issue didnt help, there is no actual person to hearout the issue. All the disruption is having serious issue pertain to my WFH activities, unable to conduction assigned duties, activites and addons etc., losing out on Logging hours, loss of pay.
Tired and unhappy, visited my nearest Airtel Store, Shimpoli, Borivali West, Mumbai . they sympathetically listened to me and explained their helplessness on the issue, No Assistance Provided .
When the Customer is defaulting on his dues/Payments, they are penalized, why its not vice versa.
Need a compensation due loss of working hours for no fault of mine . Was this information helpful? |
