Hello, I am Swapnil Rahane. From last 3 days I am trying to connect to your customer care executive. But ivr and all that stuff doesn't help to connect. Then somehow I managed to put a request for set top box upgrade. And I got this message. Hi! service request for Airtel DigitalTV [protected] is successfully generated with reference no.25512039. For more assistance, please call [protected]. Still I have not received any response from your customer care team. Then I tried calling on given no. In message it's not in service because it's not recharged. Is this the way of Airtel Thanks... helping customers. Then I sent a email on their email id... Still no response. They are only interested to join new customers. They don't care about old ones. I can say this because they responded me for a new connection.
