Airtel — generating bill even after disconnection | |||
I have raised a request to disconnect the broadband internet connection ([protected]) on last week of september 2017. The call center person has confirmed the disconnection request and asked to pay the final outstanding of the usage till date. Which i have paid within the said period. My expectation was the connection is disconnected and the same confirmation i have received from airtel executive. Now, they have generated the bill for the month of october 2017 and everyday calling to pay the outstanding bill of november, which is really baseless. Please look into this asap and try to maintain better name in market... Was this information helpful? | |||
