Airtel — Getting bill even after I have requested for airtel broadband disconnection

Even after requesting over email to disconnect airtel broadband since march, Still I am getting bills .
Due Corona virus lockdown, we are out of station and not able to use airtel broadband, hence requested for disconnection but still I am getting air broadband bills.
