Airtel — give wrong information and activate wrong plan in

hello sir, plz solve my problem I am not satisfied with airtel service, I am using prepaid no. last 2 year my call rate onle 40 paise/minute. one day call me airtel care reference of postpaid go on postpaid your all call 30/min.i will go on nd next day call me airtel confirm my prepaid to postpaid no. nd also clear the plans 30paise/min. local & std .I have compline customer care but he told me only two option you can choice 1st is closed your No., 2nd one is you satisfies with this problem .My mobile no. is [protected], what I will do it.i am old customer of airtel. complain no. 57763608 Thanks& Regards Vipin Kumar Engineer Systemair India Pvt.
