Airtel — Giving a default wifi modem

I have taken wifi connection but nobody is coming to connect it we have paid Rs1650 to a man of airtel but he has given us a default wifi modem.We have applied on installation of wifi at our residence C-151 A Tagore nagar and asked to connect it.As told by the connecting official.The money receipt is also not original given by the official simply given us a photocopied receipt.
