I never expect these type of worst service from "AIRTEL EMPLOYEES",
Actually I want change my postpaid connection to one of the corporate CUG connection.For that reason i approched one of the person in AIRTEL OFFICE in begumpet location 2 months back.I submitted all the required docs to him 2 months back only, but the person still didnt convert my number, i supposed to call every day from mng to evg since 2 months, he didnt lift the phone yet frankly am telling, the most IRRESPONSIBLE and UNWORTHFUL employees in AIRTEL.In Worst conditions he used to message that is "SIR AM BUSY IN MEETING" this word also am listing from last 2 months.
This type of WORST bebaviour you people how to survive and how to satisfy the customers?
Even customer care executives also giving Wrong information to customers this would be the great sign to satisfy the customers right ?
Other companies giving fast services to customers, but you are in shameless situation about customer satisfaction.
If you people have SHAME on this issue, , again am repeating if you people have SHAME ok, , , , , solve my problem within
2 working days.
