[Resolved]  Airtel — Giving wrong information about the amount of recharge

To get information on all available recharges they suggest to check it on by dialing *121# but after recharging a/c to the showing plan they used to activate another plan instead of that one.Even today I had recharging the plan of Rs75/- incoming call free for 30 days but after recharging they give m the plan of all local call 30 paisa for 21 days.After inquiring to customer care they told if you deduct that amount from your account (or recharge by calling to customer care) then it is possible for the recharge of 75/- otherwise you have to recharge 73/- for that benefit..I want to ask if it is not possible why you not mention this in the messages or offers you provide to us that this offers only valid for customers care or this offer valid to retailer.You should have to mention this.Even you also not cancel the existing recharge or also by not converting it into other.Its all your drama to make money from us nd nothing else.
