[Resolved] Airtel — giving wrong information and rude answers to the customers | |||
hi this is vinod kumar on 27th feb 2015 at around 7:00pm i have called to airtel customer care for small information there i asked about the 3g offers rate then poonam srinivas has intimated me about the offer of 156 rs rc 3g 1gb data for 28 days validity then i recharge with 156 rs then i got 500mb for the 1st tym and another 500mb for the second time here the main problem occur here our employee did not mention me the correct details of rc 156 he told me that total 1gb validity is for 28 days later i have seen my balance then the validity is showing that our 3g balance will be expired on 12th march so immediately i have dialed to the customer care again on 10th march 2015 at 08:40am then mr.irfan took my case and he immediately transferred my call to the supervisor Mrs.SABIRA she explained me about the case clearly then i started asking her that becoz of your employees wrong information i have recharged with rc 156 so what is the solution i asked THEN SHE RUDELY ANSWERED ME THAT IF HAVE ANY COMPLAINT IS THERE U HAVE TO MAIL THATS ALL NO COMPLAINTS WILL BE SOLVED HERE AND I CANT HELP YOU IN THIS CASE (she said these words to me very frustratedly with out giving any respect to the customer) at last she told me that she is arraigning me a call back option from airtel still now i didn't get any call back from airtel so plz take this matter as a serious issue and solve my problem immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
