Airtel — GST Tax Invoice

My Airtel acctount no. [protected]
I'm registered with GST with Legal Name SUKUMARAN PALLATH as sole proprietor. I have requested AIRTEL to provide me with GST TAX INVOICE. As per the support call they have asked me to send in the GSTN certificate & PAN copy to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com

I have sent the details and they acknowledged by support call for verification. They informed next month onwards invoice will GST invoice.
To my surprise the new invoice is as usual without my GSTN.

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.
