[Resolved] Airtel — Hang Issue in Airtel DTH due to GPRS | |||
HI, I have airtel DTH. My Customer ID is [protected]. Some of my prime channels like colors & star plus are not going smoothly. They hang up many times due to my cell near set top box with GPRS ON or any call come or dial call from my any mobile even while GPRS off. If my GPRS is OFF it is working fine.I complaint in airtel via mail. They called me & said that it will happened because of waves & it will same we cant help it !!!My many friend has airtel dish but they don't have this type of problem even my phone is there with GPRS ON.Airtel giving many ideas like change wire worth Rs. 600 !!! But I don't want to spend any single Rupee. Because this is Airtel's problem not mine. Please tell Airtel they can change anything but solve my problem. Your person came on 23rd July. He did some settings...
Two days it works fine.
But now same issue occur again...!!!
Now he is saying that you have to relocate dish. It will charge 250 Rs. !!!
This is not acceptable. This is your Dish fault.Kindly resolve it without any charge.
