Airtel — Harassment and threat from airtel employee

My connection was installed 5 days ago, against details below. Your installation team has collected Rs. 1000/- but they haven't completed the services. The instrument for the connection has not been provided in-spite of repeated reminders everyday.

Now, the person who has installed the connection is acting up and is weird. These people are mis-behaving on the phone and are not ready to close the issue.

hi Airtel team,
about 4 months ago i requested for new airtel connection from airtel website and a person name AJAY (+91-[protected]) called back and promised me that he would provide a a cash back of rupees 500. But till today i haven't received any sort of cash back. My landline number is[protected] and email address is gaurav.[protected]@gmail.com.
Can anyone of you please look into this matter on urgent basis and make sure frauds like ajay are suspended, as it is only creating bad impression of AIRTEL
