I got airtel broadband connection on 20 april 2018 from your agent, raju jaiswal(phone no. [protected]) in gwalior. I made 3 month advance payment of 1770 rupees (for the plan of 499, 20 gb per month) in the account of this agent. I have proof of this transaction as I paid through net banking.
But i am still getting calls for not payment of bills. I talked to your customer care about this issue, gave them the no. Of agent. I talked to the agent and he is saying he will sort out the issue in few days and then stopped picking up my phone. I am feeling very harassed and annoyed by these calls.
I already sent mail to your customer care with my account statement as proof and asked for deactivation as bill is keep getting generated. But still payment issue is not resolved and they are also not disconnecting my connection.
Please resolve this issue as i will not repay the money which i already paid if you are thinking of extortion and please deactivate my broadband connection as soon as possible. My Fixedline No. is[protected]_dsl.
