Airtel — harassment by executive | |||
I tried to change my network to airtel postpaid connection through corporate offer. When i raised request one of executive (Kumar p - ne0003) called and asked he need to do verification and he cant collect docs directly and i need to whatsapp. I sent all documents through whats app and i got a call from one more executive asking for some more docs through whatsapp. After a day i got a call from same executive (Women) that executive kumar p will handover me the sim. Kumar p called me after a day and said he will drop sim at my residence. That day i did not receive sim and when i called he responded rudely that he is busy. Next day he said it is raining. Next day he said he is sick. Next day he said to his manager that i am not picking call though i did not call me at all. Everyday his manager used to promise me that i will receive sim 100% that day and everyday turned out as false promise. Executive kumar p was so rude and he used to harss me and shout at me everytime. Now, my old network is disconnected and i do not have airtel sim to use. What a pathetic and disturbing experience i got. Seriously, someone can harass so badly to their customer like this? Was this information helpful? | |||
