Dear Sir/Madam,
I, the undersigned would like to bring to your knowledge that we are holding a corporate connection of about 16 connection.We preferred Airtel as its one of the leading operator in india.
But since very beginning your representative, at khardaha counter Mr.Shantanu is systematically misguiding us.
Latest example of such is that, it was found that [protected] deactivated(the same SIM was lying unused for quite some time.On query first he(Mr.Shantanu) said that the said SIM is defective and need to be replaced.Accordingly after continuous nagging sunday evening he gave one sim card stating that it will be reactivated by tomorrow evening, i, e Monday, which did not happen.Again when asked he said that someone from your office has requested to deactivate, hence it is deactivated.
For your information, I am the only authorised person to deal with, but Idid not made any such request.
That Mr.Shantanu while enquiring, rudely behaved with me as he was hardly any logic behind him to justify.
We are running a highly reputed educational institute(Cestemo educare Pvt.Limited) and due to this deactivation and misguidance by your representative at Khardaha, we suffered a huge loss in reputation which can not be compensated with money value.
Hence I register my highly dissatisfaction so far as customer service is concerned.
I hope you will take immediate action in order to restore the connection([protected])connection immediately.
