[Resolved] Airtel — haven't got the data as specified in data package | |||
i've bought data plan of 955 on dated 13 june 15, using airtel my app which mentioned i was suppose to get 6 gb and i recieved only 4 gb, i've talked on 198 helpline but of no avail, they've raised a complaint and even after a week they keep saying you'll get 4 gb only. Even though, till today they have the same offer available on their app. my transaction id is 371252, i really appreciate i could get my remaining 2 gb back. I'm attaching the snapshot of app history mentioning 6 gb for 955, recharged in specified date. also attaching the snapshot of plan mentioned in airtel my app Was this information helpful? | |||
